heiner lazo
Heiner Lazo works closely with his brother Wilder and his father, Don Segundo, as they each share knowledge and collaborate together to improve the quality on each of their farms.
We love working with this coffee producing family and the Pink Bourbon trees that Heiner grows are very strong, productive, and resistant to leaf rust—something Heiner faced during a coffee leaf rust crisis of 2003.
Grown at high altitudes with rich soil and cool mountain air, this washed Pink Bourbon is carefully handpicked and processed to highlight its vibrant acidity and complexity.
The end result is a clean, balanced cup with notes of orange blossom, cherry, and mandarin.
