Ubuntu is an African philosophy meaning
“I am because we are” - a reflection of
connection, community, and shared
effort.
This is the Gito blend from Nyamasheke,
Rwanda. “Gito” means tiny in
Kinyarwanda, referring to the smaller
screen size beans (13–14) that are often
overlooked, but for us, it’s a bit of a
hidden gem. Sourced from Rugali,
Kilimbi, and Gisheke washing stations,
it’s a great example of the quality that
can emerge when these coffees are
given proper attention.
Expect a bright, balanced cup with notes
of shortbread, orange, and red fruits -
working beautifully as espresso, through
milk, and even on batch.
