Even after a devastating fire at their family farm, the Lazo's continue to produce exceptional specialty coffee, in part down to Wilder's deep knowledge of genetics. His commitment to science-based improvements serves as an inspiration to us and the next generation of coffee producers.​

This exceptional Sidra coffee reflects Wilder’s meticulous craftsmanship. Grown at 1,900–2,100 meters above sea-level in Huila’s ideal climate, it undergoes a 260-hour fermentation and careful drying process, resulting in a clean, vibrant cup that embodies Wilder’s expertise.​

With notes of cardamom, chamomile, biscuits, and rosemary, this coffee offers bright acidity and refined sweetness.
