Even after a devastating fire at their family farm, they continue to produce exceptional specialty coffee, in part down to Wilder's deep knowledge of genetics. His commitment to science-based improvements serves as an inspiration to us and the next generation of coffee producers.
This exceptional Sidra coffee reflects Wilder’s meticulous craftsmanship. Grown at 1,900–2,100 meters in Huila’s ideal climate, it undergoes a 260-hour fermentation and careful drying process, resulting in a clean, vibrant cup that embodies Wilder’s expertise.
With notes of cardamom, chamomile, biscuits, and rosemary, this coffee offers bright acidity and refined sweetness.
